Sports Injury

A 1 day Sports First aid course
or
A CPR and AED (Defibrillator) course

Injuries come as part and parcel of sport even at an amateur level. Coaches first aid skills need to be updated every 2 years. All clubs should ask themselves these questions:

How many people got injured while playing for your club this year?
How many coaches were trained in how to help them?
When was the last time they did a first aid course?
Do you have a defibrillator in the club?
If so how many know how to use it?

Parents are entrusting their children into your care. You have a duty to be able to administer first aid if required.

Life aiders provide specialised sports first aid courses which are tailored to your needs. Our 1 day course covers all aspects of first aid.

We can come to your club at a time that suits you or you can attend our venue in Raheny.
